A 1975 Northwestern University graduate in Communications, Bill Pauss has spent the majority of his career in recruiting, most notably in the areas of technical & industrial sales engineers for:

• Chemicals
• Petrochemicals
• Energy 

While he has filled positions in manufacturing, operations and research, it is sales where he has made the most impact bringing aboard over 1300 sales professionals in his career. In fact, many of the sales reps who came in at entry level have been able to rise to the executive level among a wide variety of companies.
